Marcelo Memória
Senior Partner
Marcelo Memória is a Senior Partner at Borba Memória Advogados. He holds a law degree from UNIFOR, postgraduate qualifications in Consumer Law and Business Law, and an LL.M. in Corporate Law.
He has extensive experience in strategic civil litigation, contracts, business law, debt recovery, risk management, and compliance. He previously served as Legal Director of the Brazilian Futsal Confederation (CBFS) and has experience in team management, strategic planning, legal assistance to foreign clients, and international investments.
He speaks Portuguese, French, and English and also has experience in sports law.
Senior Partner
Débora Memória is a Senior Partner at Borba Memória Advogados. She holds a law degree from the Federal University of Ceará, a postgraduate qualification in Business Law from PUC-SP, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and the CP3P-F certification in Public-Private Partnerships.
Her practice focuses on infrastructure projects, public procurement and contracts, strategic planning, M&A and joint venture negotiations, institutional and commercial relations, and corporate governance.
She speaks Portuguese and English.
